The design style at Fineline has its history rooted in commercial buildings dating back to the late 19th - early 20th century, before becoming popular in homes in the 1950’s. Fluted (or reeded) glass, characterized by its textured, ribbed surface, saw its popularity rise in the 1920s during the Art Deco era.
